for me, sometimes it’s a walk through the vineyard.

it’s the swirl.

the first inhale of the bouquet.

the sound of w**e glugging into the glass.

watching the light move through the color.

and that little moment when an entire w**e flight looks like a rainbow in a row. 🌈🍷

maybe it’s not therapy.

maybe it’s just a reminder to slow down, be curious, and enjoy what’s right in front of you.

Less expertise as the entry requirement.
More curiosity as the invitation.
