It’s all about presentation because we eat with our eyes first! The client was already pleased before the first bite.

And of course the cuisine and flavors were👌🏽.

On the menu:
1. Steak Crostini w/Chimichurri ,
2. Creamed Feta on Puff Pastry w/Apricot Preserves & Rosemary
3. Handmade Veggie Ci**rs w/Ginger Scallion Sauce
4. Skewered Grilled Chicken Tenders w/Roasted Red Pepper Aioli
5. Mini Salmon Croquettes w/Horseradish Mayo

Cold Thai Peanut Sesame Noodles.

A first for us here at OHC. It was such a win for the host and guests that it’s a keeper!

The delicious peanut sauce with hints of ginger, sesame and minced garlic paired with chow mein noodles was all kinds of yum!!!😋

The guests kept the chopsticks very busy!👌🏽

Comfort food with bold yet familiar flavors. Ginger Scallion Shrimp was recently added to our menu and it was win-win with the guests.👌.

The ginger scallion sauce’ multiple flavor layers (ginger, cilantro, minced garlic and a few other secret ingredients😉,…) is what elevates the shrimp into a delicious Hors d’oeuvre.👌🤤
