Today, our farm store is closed as we take time to celebrate the dads who work hard, lead by example, lend a helping hand, and make life a little better every day.

To all the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, uncles, father figures, and the special men who have guided, supported, taught, and loved us along the way—today is for you.

Whether you’re spending the day around the grill, out on the farm, making memories with family, or simply enjoying some well-earned relaxation, we wish you a wonderful Father’s Day filled with love and appreciation.

🍳 Start the day with farm-fresh eggs! We’ll have six different types of eggs available — chicken, duck, turkey, quail, guinea hen, and goose eggs. Whether Dad loves a classic breakfast or wants to try something unique, there’s an egg for every appetite.

🥧 Need something easy and delicious? Pick up one of our Comfort Foods by Chef Stef NY frozen favorites. Choose from hearty quiche, comforting soups, or savory pot pies made with ingredients raised right here on our farm.

🐔 Then finish Father’s Day with a farm-fresh chicken dinner! Our chicken is back and ready for your grill, smoker, oven, or favorite family recipe.

Find us today at The Hyde Park Farmers Market from 9am–2pm at 4390 Albany Post Road. While you’re there, shop dozens of local vendors, enjoy the market atmosphere, and celebrate Dad with the best the Hudson Valley has to offer.

The wait is over! Our farm-raised chicken is finally back and headed to The Hyde Park Farmers Market tomorrow!

Whether you’re planning a summer barbecue, a family dinner, or stocking the freezer, you’ll find fresh cuts ready to bring home. From juicy drumsticks and wings to tender breasts, there’s nothing quite like locally raised chicken from a farm you know and trust.

The wait is almost over! The Hyde Park Farmers Market returns this Saturday, June 6, from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM at 4390 Albany Post Road for what promises to be our biggest and best season yet!

Come meet our incredible lineup of local farmers, bakers, makers, artisans, food vendors, and community partners who will be with us throughout the season. From fresh produce, local meats, eggs, sourdough bread, baked goods, honey, coffee alternatives, handmade gifts, ceramics, cards, treats, and so much more—there truly is something for everyone. And this is just the beginning - there are more vendor announcements coming soon! 🤯

🌽 We’re also kicking off our NEW POP Club (Power of Produce Club)!
Kids ages 3-12 can sign up at the market to participate in weekly activities, earn POP tokens, and learn all about healthy eating, local agriculture, and where their food comes from.

Our FREE Power of Produce Club for kids ages 3–12 helps children learn about healthy eating, local food, and farming through fun hands-on activities, cooking demos, tastings, crafts, scavenger hunts, and more. Kids earn POP Tokens to spend on fresh fruits and vegetables at the market!

Parents can sign children up at the market each Saturday.
