𝘾𝙊𝙋𝙔𝘾𝘼𝙏 𝘾𝙃𝙄𝘾𝙆 𝙁𝙄𝙇 𝘼 𝙈𝘼𝘾𝘼𝙍𝙊𝙉𝙄 𝘼𝙉𝘿 𝘾𝙃𝙀𝙀𝙎𝙀🧀✨
Ingredients (Serves 6):
1 lb elbow macaroni

2 cups whole milk

1 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup unsalted butter

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper (or black pepper)

Cheese Blend (very important!):
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup mild cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup Colby Jack cheese, shredded

1/2 cup American cheese, cubed or slices torn (adds smoothness)

Optional: 1/4 cup Parmesan, finely grated (for extra flavor)

🔥 Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook elbow macaroni until just al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Make the Cheese Sauce (Roux Method):
In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Whisk in the flour, and cook for 1–2 minutes to form a roux (don’t brown it).

Slowly whisk in the milk and cream. Stir constantly until the sauce thickens, about 4–5 minutes.

Stir in salt, garlic powder, paprika, and white pepper.

3. Add the Cheeses:
Reduce heat to low. Add all the cheeses gradually, stirring until completely melted and smooth.

Reserve a little cheddar or Colby Jack for the topping.

4. Combine with Pasta:
Add the cooked pasta to the cheese sauce and mix well until fully coated.

5. Bake It:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Transfer the mac & cheese to a greased 9x13" baking dish.

Sprinkle the reserved cheese over the top.

Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes, or until the top is melted and slightly golden.

6. Broil (Optional):
For that signature golden crust Chick-fil-A-style, broil the top for 2–3 minutes until bubbly and browned—watch carefully!

𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙙 𝙂𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙞𝙘 𝙋𝙞𝙯𝙯𝙖🍕🧀
Ingredients:
For the Dough:

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 packet (2 ¼ teaspoons) active dry yeast

1 cup warm water (110°F/45°C)

For the Garlic Butter Filling (Stuffed Crust):

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

6 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried parsley (or fresh, chopped)

1 teaspoon dried oregano

¼ teaspoon salt

For the Pizza:

1 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or more for extra cheese)

Toppings of your choice (pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives, etc.)

Instructions:
Prepare the Dough:

In a small bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Stir gently and let it sit for about 5 minutes, until the mixture becomes frothy and bubbly.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour, stirring to form a dough.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise for 1-1.5 hours, or until it doubles in size.

Make the Garlic Butter Filling:

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, oregano, and salt. Stir until the ingredients are fully mixed.

Assemble the Stuffed Garlic Crust:

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it in half. Roll out one half of the dough into a large circle or square, about 12-14 inches in diameter.

Brush the edges of the dough with the garlic butter mixture, creating a border around the entire edge of the dough.

Carefully fold the edges of the dough over to create a stuffed crust. Pinch the edges together to seal the garlic butter filling inside. (You can even fold in a little cheese into the crust if you'd like for extra gooeyness.)

Prepare the Pizza:

After sealing the stuffed crust, brush the entire surface of the pizza dough with more garlic butter.

Spread the pizza sauce evenly across the center, leaving the stuffed crust edge untouched.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce, followed by any additional toppings you like.

Bake the Pizza:

Transfer the pizza to a preheated pizza stone or baking sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling and melted.

Once done, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.

Serve:

Slice your stuffed garlic pizza and enjoy! The garlic butter-stuffed crust adds a savory, aromatic kick to every bite.

𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙮 𝘽𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙙 𝙁𝙖𝙟𝙞𝙩𝙖 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣🍗🧀
Yield: 4 servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 25–30 minutes
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tbsp olive oil

1 packet fajita seasoning (or homemade fajita seasoning, recipe below)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp cumin

1/4 tsp chili powder (optional, for extra spice)

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese (or cheddar, mozzarella, or Monterey Jack)

1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Lime wedges (optional, for serving)

Instructions:
1. Preheat and Prepare the Chicken:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased with cooking spray.

2. Season the Chicken:
Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken breasts to coat them.

In a small bowl, combine the fajita seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.

3. Bake the Chicken:
Place the chicken breasts in the preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 74°C).

While the chicken is baking, sauté the sliced bell peppers and onion in a pan with a little olive oil over medium heat for about 5–7 minutes, until they are tender but still slightly crisp. Set aside.

4. Add the Toppings:
Once the chicken is done baking, remove it from the oven and top each chicken breast with the sautéed peppers and onions.

Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of each chicken breast.

Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

5. Serve:
Remove the chicken from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro (optional).

Serve with lime wedges for a burst of citrus, and pair with rice, tortillas, or a fresh salad.

💡 Tips:
Customize the heat: If you like your fajitas spicier, add jalapeño slices to the peppers and onions while sautéing, or top the chicken with sliced fresh chilies before serving.

Add some creaminess: For a creamy twist, you can drizzle the chicken with sour cream or guacamole just before serving.

Make it a complete meal: Serve with Spanish rice, black beans, or corn on the cob for a hearty dinner.

𝘽𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙙 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣 𝙏𝙖𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙩𝙤𝙨🧀🥰
Yield: 12 taquitos
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 20–25 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great!)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup green salsa or enchilada sauce (for a tangy flavor)

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste

12 small flour tortillas (soft taco size)

2 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)

Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa, or cilantro

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Chicken Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, green salsa (or enchilada sauce), cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined and creamy.

2. Roll the Taquitos:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave for about 15–20 seconds to make them more pliable.

Spoon about 2–3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla.

Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling, making sure the ends are tucked in.

3. Bake the Taquitos:
Place the rolled taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or sprayed with cooking spray.

Lightly brush the tops of the taquitos with olive oil to help them crisp up in the oven.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the taquitos are golden and crispy, turning halfway through the baking time for even crispiness.

4. Serve:
Once baked, remove the taquitos from the oven and allow them to cool for a couple of minutes.

Serve hot with your favorite toppings, such as sour cream, guacamole, salsa, or fresh cilantro.

💡 Tips:
For extra flavor, you can add chopped green onions, jalapeños, or black beans to the chicken filling.

If you prefer a spicier kick, try using spicy salsa or adding cayenne pepper to the filling.

You can freeze these taquitos before baking. Just wrap them tightly in plastic wrap or foil and store them in a freezer bag for up to 3 months. Bake from frozen at 400°F (200°C) for about 25–30 minutes.

2. Make the Creamy Base:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Beat until smooth and creamy.
