Ms. Bazile fondly remembers summer picnics, family barbecues, travels to the local fish markets with her grandmother, and rib spots with friends. There was one thing that people could never agree on - the preferred flavor of sauce. Some were too bland. Others had too much vinegar. Others still... had too much sugar. Okhela was raised on a steady diet of well-seasoned fishes and meats in a traditional West Indian family. Helping her grandmother make spice mixtures and prepare the vegetables, she learned from the best.
A Minority Woman-owned business, the years of experience at the core of Bazile Sauce have culminated into a collection of sweet & savory sauces, filled with fruitful flavors... fit for a large variety of uses.
