Entering the world of passionate and talented Chef Mitsunori Isoda’s brain ⭐️ We got to sit down and chat with him one afternoon as he got ready for his dinner service. Coming from a long standing practice of sushi in Japan and New York, he is selective and intentional in his intimate sushi omakase. Not only does Omakase Room by Mitsu have a special atmosphere, anyone who’s spoken to Chef Mitsu can tell his passion is quite real and his enthusiasm is contagious.
With everything he was preparing, we could tell that he doesn’t take his work lightly. Each stroke of the knife was diligent, and we could tell that this dedication reflects in the food he crafts for his diners.
