Bibingka-esk

Bibingka-esk A new twist to the traditional Filipino treat. Bibingka is a traditional Filipino dessert popular during Christmastime. Bibingka-esk marries traditional and new.

It is usually made with rice flour and coconut milk and served on a banana leaf. The consistency of the traditional Bibingka is soft and spongy. My rendition of bibingka at Bibingka-esk has a different twist. Aside from being deliciously soft, it's also crunchy, chewy, and moist. Plus, there are different flavors like chocolate ganache, fruit fillings, peanut butter, s'mores, and tarts with assorted fruit. It infuses the flavors of this wonderful Filipino dessert with modern flavors.

Hi everyone!
Well, it's been a really long time but I'm glad to share that the etsy shop is open once again.

However, all good things must come to an end. At the end of this holiday season, I may close the etsy shop.

Life happens and priorities change. No definite plans as of yet but I will be sure to share once I know.

For this season, I will remain open until mid December.

Yay! I finished all the orders! Very very tired but happy that I am able to get these done. I surprisingly got more orders than I anticipated 😉. On my way to FedEx today to ship them all out.

Just a reminder that today is the last day to place any orders on etsy (December 18)
All orders placed will be shipped out via FedEx on Tuesday, 12/19 so they are received in time for the holiday.

I want to say thank you to all my loyal customers and new ones who have not forgotten about Bibingka-esk even though we have been closed for the majority of 2023.

Hello everyone - Many of you have been reaching out and asking when the etsy shop will open. I was hoping to open soon however, I've hit a bit of a setback. I have a torn rotator cuff (left side) and my mobility is quite limited. Apologies for this. Seems like I will be closed for a little while longer.

The last day to place your orders will be Thursday, 12/8. These will all ship out no later than Sarurday, 12/10.

Bibingka-esk will reopen at the end of December.
