To the fathers, grandfathers, mentors, and father figures who bring us together around the table.

Today, we celebrate the moments shared, the stories passed down, and the traditions that make every meal meaningful.

Sharing a warm Italian recipe to try at home: Mezzi Paccheri with a mix of tomatoes and Parmigiano Reggiano ☀️💛

Ingredients (4 servings):
1 lb Mezzi Paccheri di Gragnano IGP
0.5 lb Oxheart tomatoes
0.5 lb San Marzano tomatoes
0.5 lb yellow and red Datterini tomatoes
0.5 lb Corbarino tomatoes
0.22 lb Parmigiano Reggiano
2 garlic cloves
3 tbsp EVO oil
Fresh basil, to taste
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions:

1. In a large pan, brown two garlic cloves in extra virgin olive oil until fragrant. Add the San Marzano and Oxheart tomatoes and cook over medium heat for a few minutes, allowing them to break down gently.
2. Add the Corbarino and Datterini tomatoes, then season with salt. Stir in plenty of hand-torn basil and let the sauce develop its aroma and freshness.
3. Meanwhile, cook the Mezzi Paccheri in a pot of salted boiling water. Drain al dente and transfer directly into the pan with the sauce.
4. Toss well over heat, then finish with a generous handful of grated Parmigiano Reggiano. Stir until creamy and serve immediately.
