The easiest sale is the customer who's already bought from you.

So why do most storefronts make them hunt for the same bottle of pinot they've ordered six times?

New on every City Hive storefront: Shop Past Purchases. One tap in their order history and your customer is browsing everything they've ever bought from you, ready to reorder.

No search. No scrolling. No "what was that bottle called again?"

Repeat customers already spend more per order than first-timers. This just removes every step between them and the reorder.

Live now on every City Hive storefront. Your regulars will find it before you do.

Here's a quiet test of who actually owns your store's app: can you change the menu yourself?

For most retail platforms the honest answer is "submit a ticket and wait."

City Hive merchants already control their app's side menu. As of this month, the bottom navigation is editable too, straight from the dashboard. Rename the labels, add or remove destinations, push it live. No ticket, no dev queue, no waiting.

Here's our take: the best mobile app for liquor stores isn't the one with the longest feature list. It's the one owners can change themselves, without asking permission.

First the side menu. Now the bottom. Piece by piece, we're putting the entire app in the hands of the people who own the store. πŸ“±

Most brand pages live on the brand's website, where nobody can buy anything.

This week, Treasury Wine Estates launched digital brand pages for Matua and DAOU. Not on the brand's own website. On the storefronts of independent retailers across the country: Liquor Barn, Buster's Liquors, Big Daddy's Liquors, and dozens more.

Built once. Live everywhere. Shoppable on every single one.

The retailer did zero work. The supplier reached thousands of storefronts with one build. And the shopper gets a brand experience that ends in a checkout, not a "find near you" dead end.

That's what a connected retail network is for.

πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ Happy 4th of July weekend!

For most of the country, the next few days are time off. For the beverage industry, it's one of the biggest stretches of the year.

Shelves stocked, routes run, orders out the door. The coolers at every cookout get there because retailers, distributors, and suppliers put in the work all week.

So we're raising a glass to our partners across the beverage industry, the people powering the holiday itself.

Cheers! πŸŽ†

Referral just got easier in City Hive, and we built a playbook to go with it.

On the product side: set it up on a single page, preview it live across every device, and let the rewards track themselves, so turning happy customers into new ones never adds to your team's plate.

On the strategy side: the new playbook shows where referral fits in a bigger system, alongside loyalty, outreach, and personalization, to help wine and liquor stores turn one-time shoppers into regulars.

Happy National Martini Day 🍸

One of the most iconic cocktails ever poured, and a nod to the craft behind every glass. Here's to our partners across the beverage industry, from the brands that make it to the retailers who serve it.

An abandoned form is still a captured lead. That's the kind of thinking behind our rebuilt Forms builder.

Multi-step forms that save responses at every step. Custom HTML for full design control. A growing library of ready-made global forms you can deploy in minutes.

All of it points to the same idea: your e-commerce platform should do work for your store, not just take orders.

Here are 3 practical ways City Hive stores are putting Forms to work.

New updates to Loyalty, built to make it easier to run and harder to ignore.

β†’ Simpler setup: Adjust how customers earn whenever you want, no support ticket required.

β†’ Make it yours: Customers remember "Boozy Bucks." They forget "rewards points."

β†’ Visible where it counts: When shoppers can see what they've earned, they come back to spend it.

Most retailers still price by gut feel.

City Hive merchants don't have to.

- When to reorder, based on real sales velocity
- How each item is priced against the local market
- Total revenue, profit, and inventory value at the item level
