I used to pray for times like this


But there’s always someone scaling faster, running faster, doing more.

If I measure progress against everyone else, I’ll always feel behind
no matter how far I go.

Getting faster hasn’t come from chasing everyone else’s splits.

It’s come from stacking my own reps, trusting my plan, and respecting what “enough” looks like each day.

The real win isn’t just growth, speed, having a certain speed or body composition, it’s building a life and a body that moves on my terms.
