The perfect "Too Hot To Cook" dinner! 🥵🥩🥖 Let the slow cooker do all the heavy lifting today so you don't heat up your house. These Slow Cooker French Dip Sandwiches are meltingly tender, incredibly cheesy, and dipping them in that rich beef broth is pure magic!

Ingredients:
• 3-4 lb Beef Chuck Roast
• 1 packet dry Onion Soup Mix (Lipton)
• 1 can (10.5 oz) Beef Consommé or Beef Broth
• 1 can (10.5 oz) French Onion Soup
• Toasted Hoagie rolls & Provolone cheese slices
Instructions:
1️⃣ Place the chuck roast at the bottom of your slow cooker.
2️⃣ Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix directly over the meat.
3️⃣ Pour the beef consommé and French onion soup over the top.
4️⃣ Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours (or HIGH for 4-5 hours) until the beef falls apart easily.
5️⃣ Use two forks to shred the beef directly in those delicious juices.
6️⃣ Open your hoagie rolls, load them up with the hot shredded beef, and top with a slice of provolone cheese. (Pro tip: Broil in the oven for 2 minutes to melt the cheese!).
7️⃣ Serve with a small bowl of the leftover juices from the slow cooker for dipping!

The ultimate family pleaser! 🧀🥩🌽 If you have never made a "Frito Pie" (or Walking Taco Casserole), you need to run to the grocery store right now. The crunch of the corn chips mixed with the savory beef chili and melted cheese is absolutely addictive!

Ingredients:
• 1 large bag of Fritos corn chips (or Doritos!)
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 packet taco seasoning
• 1 can (15 oz) chili beans (or pinto beans)
• 1 can (10 oz) RoTel (diced tomatoes and green chilies)
• 2.5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
• Toppings: Sour cream, jalapeños, green onions
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2️⃣ Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain the grease. Add the taco seasoning, chili beans, and RoTel. Let it simmer for 5 minutes until thick.
3️⃣ Spray a 9x13 baking dish. Spread an even layer of Fritos (about half the bag) right on the bottom.
4️⃣ Pour the hot beef mixture completely over the chips.
5️⃣ Cover the meat with a massive mountain of shredded cheddar cheese!
6️⃣ Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is beautifully melted and bubbling.
7️⃣ Top with sour cream, jalapeños, and the rest of your crunchy Fritos before serving!

1️⃣ Toss wings in baking powder, salt, and pepper (Baking powder is the secret for crazy crunch!).
