️⃣ Place the chuck roast at the bottom of your slow cooker.
️⃣ Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix directly over the meat.
️⃣ Pour the beef consommé and French onion soup over the top.
️⃣ Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours (or HIGH for 4-5 hours) until the beef falls apart easily.
️⃣ Use two forks to shred the beef directly in those delicious juices.
️⃣ Open your hoagie rolls, load them up with the hot shredded beef, and top with a slice of provolone cheese. (Pro tip: Broil in the oven for 2 minutes to melt the cheese!).
