Fresh peaches are so good right now, and this **𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗱** is such a delicious way to enjoy them. 🍑

I make this with fresh peaches, cucumbers, red onions, mixed greens, mint, and walnuts, then toss everything with a simple honey and red wine vinegar dressing.

This **𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗲** is one of my favorite ways to use up all that sweet watermelon during summer. It’s fresh, fruity, a little tangy, and so refreshing served ice cold.
