HONEY BUTTER SKILLET CORN
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter I use salted
2 tablespoons honey
1 bag (16 oz) frozen corn
2 ounces cream cheese cut into chunks
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
In a skillet pan, over medium-high heat, melt the butter and honey. Once melted add the frozen corn and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through.
Add cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir together and let it cook, about 3-5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
Serve immediately. Leftovers keep well, covered in a container, and stored in the fridge.
Notes
The recipe has 6 side dish servings and the nutrition facts are for 6 servings, but if you are feeding little kids you can probably get closer to 8 servings from this recipe.
I love using the gold n' white corn for this recipe but any frozen corn will work. Make sure it is the 1 lb (16 oz) bag of frozen corn."

The Secret to Making the Perfect Chocolate & Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup creamy peanut butter
3 cups instant oats
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Instructions:
In a medium sauce pan, add butter, sugar, milk and cocoa. Place on medium heat.
While you wait for the mixture to begin to boil, measure out your peanut butter and oats and have your vanilla jar handy. (once this process gets started – you have to work quickly)
Bring the mixture in the sauce pan to a rolling boil – once it is at a full boil – boil for 1 minute and 15 seconds.
Remove from the heat immediately.
Add in the peanut butter – stir. Add in the oats – stir. Add in the vanilla – stir.
Drop by tablespoons onto baking sheets lined with wax paper.
Let cool for 30 minutes or until set.

PECAN PIE BARK
Ingredients:
13 graham crackers
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups pecan halves, roughly chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Step1: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a rimmed sheet pan with aluminum foil.
Step2: Lightly grease the foil with butter and line the baking sheet with graham crackers, breaking them where necessary to make them fit.
Step3: Combine butter, brown sugar, pecans, and salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and let cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step4: Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Immediately pour hot mixture over graham crackers and spread mixture to edges of pan using a spatula. Make sure pecans are evenly distributed and that crackers are covered.
Step5: Bake until bubbly, about 10 minutes.
Step6: Allow to cool completely and break into pieces."

The best part of deterring bugs is Folgers in your cup. I know it's the time of year that everyone is outside late and everyone uses a ton of bug spray and chemicals... but if you want a simple way to keep mosquitoes away without all the sticky sprays and chemicals simply get you some ground coffee in a heat safe bowl and light it like you would a candle until you get a steady stream of smoke.
It doesn't smell awful and will keep mosquitoes away from a good size area . Mosquitoes hate coffee (Google it if you don't believe me 🥴) and burning it keeps them far away... You're welcome ❤️"

Cracker Barrel Meatloaf

Ingredients:

2 pounds ground beef (80/20)
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with onion and green pepper, drained
½ green bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 large eggs, beaten
½ cup whole milk
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
Toppings:

½ cup ketchup
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
¼ teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon mustard
Instructions:

Oven:

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9-inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Cut a small piece of parchment paper and place it in the bottom of the loaf pan. Set aside.
In a large bowl, stir to combine the meat, canned tomatoes, green pepper, Worcestershire sauce, eggs, milk, and pepper. Fold in the crackers.
Evenly press the meatloaf into the prepared pan. Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Combine the topping ingredients together in a bowl. Spread over the meatloaf and bake for an additional 30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness.
Remove and let rest for 15 minutes before serving.
Air Fryer:

Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Spray 2 mini loaf pans with cooking spray and line the bottoms with a small piece of parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large bowl, stir to combine the meat, canned tomatoes, green pepper, Worcestershire sauce, eggs, milk, and pepper. Fold in the crackers.
Evenly press the meatloaf into the mini loaf pans and place in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 30 minutes.
Combine the topping ingredients together in a bowl. Spread over the meatloaf and air fry for an additional 7 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness.
Remove and let rest for 15 minutes before serving.

Ingredients:

2 lbs ground beef or turkey
3 tsp minced garlic
1 large yellow onion, diced
2 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup beef broth
1/3 cup olive oil
2 (15-ounce) cans tomato sauce
2 (15-ounce) cans diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon Adobo seasoning
3 bay leaves
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions:

In a large pan, sauté your ground meat in a skillet over medium-high heat until half cooked, then remove from heat.
Add garlic, onions, and olive oil, and continue cooking until the meat is fully cooked.
Add water and broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, bay leaves, seasoned salt, pepper, and Adobo seasoning. Mix well.
Lower heat and cover, allowing to cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the uncooked elbow macaroni to the skillet, and stir well until everything is combined.
Cover once again and allow to simmer for about 30 minutes.
Once cooked, remove the bay leaves and add shredded Cheddar cheese, and mix until combined.
Add Mozzarella cheese right before serving.

One Pot Mexican Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, diced
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup long grain white rice
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
8 ounces tomato sauce
1/2 cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheese
Directions:

Cook the ground beef and onion together with salt and pepper to taste in a large skillet over medium-high heat until beef is no longer pink. Drain grease if necessary.
Return the pan to the stove and sprinkle the beef with the garlic powder and taco seasoning.
Stir in the rice, broth, corn, tomato sauce, and salsa.
Bring the mixture to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 18-20 minutes until rice is tender.
Top with cheese and return the lid to the pan for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.

Cabbage Roll Soup

Ingredients:

2 teaspoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pound ground beef (90% lean)
1 onion, finely diced
2 teaspoons minced garlic
4 cups coarsely chopped green cabbage
2 carrots, peeled, quartered, and sliced
4 cups beef broth
3 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 bay leaf
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons parsley
Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook, breaking up the meat with a spatula, until beef is browned, approximately 4-5 minutes. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the cabbage, carrots, beef broth, tomato sauce, rice, bay leaf, and brown sugar to the pot. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Remove bay leaf and discard.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.

Ingredients:

4 cups flour (480 grams)
1 cup yogurt (220 grams)
250 ml water (approx. 3/4 cup)
10 grams powdered yeast (one package)
8 grams salt (one teaspoon)
1 tbsp vegetable oil (15 ml)
3.5 tsp avocado oil (50 ml)
Instructions:

Mix yogurt, water, and yeast in a bowl.
Knead in flour, salt, and vegetable oil to form a soft dough.
Divide dough into 10 portions, roll into discs.
Fry in a pan over medium heat until golden brown.
Note:
Serve warm with butter.
