👨🏽🍳Chef Tevin Kemp — Chef Tevin Kemp is a Bahamian chef, culinary storyteller, and experiential dining curator known for blending modern techniques with the rich cultural flavors of The Bahamas. As the Executive Chef of The Kitchen at Baha Mar in Nassau, Chef Tevin has built a reputation for creating immersive culinary experiences that celebrate Bahamian heritage through innovation, hospitality, and bold island flavors.
Recognized for his work in luxury hospitality, interactive dining, and cultural cuisine, Chef Tevin has collaborated with international brands, media productions, and celebrity guests while proudly representing The Bahamas on both regional and global platforms. His culinary style is deeply rooted in Bahamian tradition, elevated with contemporary influences and a passion for storytelling through food."
🍸Niko Imbert — is a Nassau-born hospitality professional with over a decade of experience building thoughtful, culture driven beverage programs in The Bahamas and beyond who currently serves as Senior Vice President of Hospitality for Old Pal Hospitality.
Niko built his career from the ground up, starting as a barista and bartender before progressing through café management, general management, and director level roles into executive leadership. Along the way, he's helped open and grow Bon Vivants, recognized on the World’s 50 Best Discovery List and recently named on the North America’s 50 Best Bars list, alongside sister venue The Dilly Club, which earned Tales of the Cocktail® Top 10 Regional Finalist recognition in 2020, 2024, and 2025. Most recently, Niko helped launch Horse to Water at Baha Mar, a new cocktail bar concept that opened in January 2026.
His work centers on thoughtful service, modern cocktail craft, and hospitality rooted in Bahamian culture. Beyond day to day operations, Niko represent The Bahamas internationally through cocktail demonstrations, seminars, and tourism missions, using flavor, storytelling, and genuine service to showcase the warmth, creativity, and excellence of Bahamian hospitality on the global stage.
