👨🏽‍🍳Chef Tevin Kemp — Chef Tevin Kemp is a Bahamian chef, culinary storyteller, and experiential dining curator known for blending modern techniques with the rich cultural flavors of The Bahamas. As the Executive Chef of The Kitchen at Baha Mar in Nassau, Chef Tevin has built a reputation for creating immersive culinary experiences that celebrate Bahamian heritage through innovation, hospitality, and bold island flavors.

Recognized for his work in luxury hospitality, interactive dining, and cultural cuisine, Chef Tevin has collaborated with international brands, media productions, and celebrity guests while proudly representing The Bahamas on both regional and global platforms. His culinary style is deeply rooted in Bahamian tradition, elevated with contemporary influences and a passion for storytelling through food."

🍸Niko Imbert — is a Nassau-born hospitality professional with over a decade of experience building thoughtful, culture driven beverage programs in The Bahamas and beyond who currently serves as Senior Vice President of Hospitality for Old Pal Hospitality.

Niko built his career from the ground up, starting as a barista and bartender before progressing through café management, general management, and director level roles into executive leadership. Along the way, he's helped open and grow Bon Vivants, recognized on the World’s 50 Best Discovery List and recently named on the North America’s 50 Best Bars list, alongside sister venue The Dilly Club, which earned Tales of the Cocktail® Top 10 Regional Finalist recognition in 2020, 2024, and 2025. Most recently, Niko helped launch Horse to Water at Baha Mar, a new cocktail bar concept that opened in January 2026.

His work centers on thoughtful service, modern cocktail craft, and hospitality rooted in Bahamian culture. Beyond day to day operations, Niko represent The Bahamas internationally through cocktail demonstrations, seminars, and tourism missions, using flavor, storytelling, and genuine service to showcase the warmth, creativity, and excellence of Bahamian hospitality on the global stage.

👨🏽‍🍳 **Chef Claude Lewis** is a first-generation America son of immigrants from the islands of Antigua and Barbuda. He is a distinguished culinary artist renowned for his dynamic and eclectic cooking style. His culinary journey is marked by diverse experiences, a passion for global flavors , and an unwavering commitment to excellence in the kitchen.

Chef Claude gained national acclaim by appearing on Food Network’s CHOPPED in March 2019, where he emerged victorious as the CHOPPED Champion. This prestigious win catapulted him into the spotlight leading to further opportunities to showcase his culinary skills on an international stage. He competed in Fire Masters in Canada, showcasing his mastery of grilling and outdoor cooking, and appeared on Kitchen Crash hosted by Jeff Morro, further demonstrating his versatility and creativity.

Through his restaurants, television appearances, and culinary events, he has become one of the leading voices redefining modern Caribbean cuisine while proudly representing Antigua & Barbuda on the international culinary stage.

🍸 **Mixologist Ralph John** is a respected Antiguan-born actor, fashionista, and freelance mixologist celebrated for his innovative rum-forward creations and elevated mixology experiences. He has appeared in Off-Broadway plays, the film The Illusionist, and various commercials. Ralph has been featured twice in The New York Times style section and has over 20 years of experience in NYC’s restaurant business as a mixologist, host, server, floor manager, assistant manager and manager.

He starred as bartender, host and manager at Caribe, and later led renowned establishments like Heartland Brewery, 5 Ninth, Mexican Radio, Automatic Slims, and Sarabeth’s. Recently, he’s showcased his mixology skills at Chefs and Champagne, The Maserati Brunch, and The Aston Martin Brunch. He also appeared at the Taste of the Jets charity event, and won second prize in the Rum & Rhythms Mixologist of the Year competition in 2024. Ralph showcased his creations at last Fall’s special dinner event at the James Beard Foundation.
