At ChocoBolo, our signature cake - ChocoBolo Original - is thoughtfully baked with the finest ingredients, crafted from a secret European artisanal recipe, that incorporates smooth layers of chocolate mousse with crispy meringue, finished with a luxurious chocolate ganache. New chocolate cake options include: Orange Truffle; Pistachio; Rich Flourless; and Triple-Chocolate
Cheesecake. All of ChocoBolo’s cakes, coffees, teas and light fare are prepared with love, care and expertise – because they are simply better that way. Authentic Portuguese items such as the famous national egg custard - Pastel de Nata -, fresh-baked croissants and muffins, as well as flaky *Empadas*, filled with vegetables or spiced chicken, are served throughout the day. Guests can order either breakfast, lunch or dinner selections while enjoying conversation at leisure. Currently serving at Spring Street in Soho, Madison Avenue in Upper East Side, DUMBO in Brooklyn and at our newest addition, Broadway in Upper West Side, we open our doors to passionately share traditional family recipes with New Yorkers and visitors alike.
