From our signature black truffle brie to all the amazing burgundy wines we had the chance to try, the entire week was a true celebration of the season’s finest ingredients.

We put your truffle instincts to the test with our Truffle Weight Game… think you had the right eye for it? The magic number was 92 grams (3.25 oz). A big congratulations to our winner!

For our second truffle class of the year, we focused on the origin of fresh truffles and we dived deep in the complex characteristics that define black winter truffles.

Proud to collaborate with the team ***eny on an educational truffle class. It gave our team the opportunity to share our passion for fresh truffles with one of the world’s most acclaimed restaurants.

Bringing together both front of house and back of house, we explored seasonality, origin and the complex nuances that make truffles such a recognized ingredient in fine dining.
