Want fresh, local, organic produce for a fraction of what it costs at Whole Foods? Rose’s CSA (Community Supported Agriculture). In May 2012, eight raised bed with 20 yards of soil were installed by the Fordham Community to establish St. Roses Garden. Rose's Garden is a campus garden that serves as a social space, living laboratory, and classroom. These beds will be used to grow a variety of fruit

s and vegetables including things like kale, collards, cabbage, tomatoes, peppers, and broccoli.

$16 a week buys 6-8 lbs. of locally grown organic vegetables, delivered each week for 10 weeks right to McGinley Center at Fordham! Also, students that volunteer their time to help with garden up-keep get a share of the produce and help deliver food to local charitable organizations.
