Sweet, savory, crispy 🔥

Ingredients:
1 pack Blackbird Thai Chili Wings
4 cups shredded cabbage mix
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
Juice from one lime
Cilantro, to garnish

Bake or air fry Blackbird Thai Chili Wings per package instructions. Coat in sauce and chop into smaller pieces, if desired.

In a big bowl, toss all salad ingredients together. Divide salad between 2-3 bowls and top with Thai Chili Wings and cilantro. Enjoy!

Easy Weeknight Pesto Seitan Orzo ☀️

Ingredients:
8oz Blackbird Original Seitan Shreds
1 cup orzo, cooked
8-10 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup pesto - we like Gotham Greens

Pan fry Blackbird Original Seitan Shreds until slightly crispy and heated through.

Cook the orzo in a large pan. When ready, stir in the pesto, tomatoes, and seitan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm and top with vegan Parmesan if desired. Enjoy!

Serves 3. Prep and cook time about 30 minutes.
