Caramel Apple Cheesecake!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for topping)
1 cup apple pie filling
1 apple, chopped (for garnish)
Crumbled graham crackers (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup granulated sugar until smooth and creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract and sour cream until well combined.
Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust in the pan. Add a layer of apple pie filling and drizzle with caramel sauce. Pour the remaining cheesecake batter over the apple layer.

1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup sour cream

Frosting:_
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1/4 cup heavy cream
Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish
Directions:_

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour three 8-inch round cake pans.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

4 large eggs
1 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup pecan halves, chopped
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Extra pecan halves for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it lightly.
In a bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.

1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk

1/2 cup unsalted butter
3 large egg yolks, lightly beaten

Directions:
