Because every single slice or any piece there is so much love and dedication.
Hours of study, training and waste of material as long can get perfected year by year.
Because, panettone isn’t a simple bread or Christmas cake, but a mix of emotions than carry on my head all year around, and when the Christmas time is over, I can’t wait for another season
