Maple sweetness and crunchy pecans come together in a quick, no-bake bite.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Pinch of salt

Instructions:
1) In a small pot, melt peanut butter with maple syrup and butter (if using) over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
2) In a bowl, mix oats and chopped pecans.
3) Pour the warm maple-peanut mixture over the dry mix and stir until everything is coated.
4) Drop spoonfuls onto parchment paper and press lightly to form cookies.
5) Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes until firm.

- 1/3 cup Caesar dressing

Creamy, comforting, and ready in 30 minutes, this beef and shells pasta hits the spot.

Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) pasta shells
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions:
1) Cook shells in salted water until al dente; drain.
2) In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
3) Add ground beef; cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
4) Stir in beef broth and heavy cream; simmer 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup (60ml) milk
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Glaze (optional): 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cups.
2. Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in lemon zest and lemon juice.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients in alternating additions with milk, starting and ending with dry.
4. Fill cups about 2/3 full. Bake 18–20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.

Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 8 oz (about 225 g) pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions:
1) Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions; drain and set aside.
2) Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3) In the same skillet, melt butter, add garlic, and sauté 1 minute.

Steps:
