Wake up to a slice of sunshine: blueberry breakfast cake that comes together in minutes and bakes into a light, cozy treat.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup melted butter or oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 8x8-inch pan.
2) In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
3) In another bowl, whisk milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
4) Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until just combined.
5) Gently fold in blueberries.
6) Spread batter in the pan and bake 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean and the top is lightly golden.

Let it cool slightly before serving.

Bright, creamy, and fruit-forward in minutes, this Strawberry Banana Cheesecake Salad is a fresh, easy treat you can toss together fast.

Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and diced
- 2 medium bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions:
1) Beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
2) Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
3) Gently fold in the strawberries and banana slices.
4) Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top just before serving.

Chewy chocolate chip cookie bars with that perfect edge to chewy center bite, simpler than cookies, richer than a brownie.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.
2) In a large bowl, whisk melted butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth.
3) Beat in eggs and vanilla until well combined.
4) Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until just mixed.
5) Fold in chocolate chips.
6) Press dough evenly into the prepared pan.
7) Bake 22–25 minutes, until edges are set and the center is a bit soft.
8) Cool in pan, then cut into bars.
