Pavlova (cake) is a meringue-based dessert. Pavlova has a crisp crust outside and soft, light inside. The confection is usually topped with fruit and whipped cream, but with this pavlova I made rosemary meringue, with blackberry lime sauce and lemon yogurt whip cream .
