Kimchi has always done the heavy lifting in Korean cooking. This time, we let it run the show.

We teamed up with to build three new dishes around their bibigo kimchi sauce. Real fermented kimchi, made the way Koreans have been making it for generations. That depth and tang shaped everything.

Starting Monday 5/4, come in and try:

🌶️ Kimchi BBQ Chicken
smoky glazed chicken layered with garlic, mirin, and liquid smoke. Korean fermentation meets American barbecue.

🌿 Sweet Piquillo Gimmari
crispy seaweed rolls coated in a sweet-savory glaze of Spanish Piquillo pepper and bibigo kimchi sauce. Piquillo brings the sweetness, fermentation brings the depth.

🫙 Kimchi Perilla Verde
a bright, herbaceous table sauce built on tomatillo and perilla, with bibigo kimchi sauce as the backbone. Goes on everything.
