Rich Seafood Bisque Bowl 🦐🍲

Ingredients:
- 1 pound of assorted seafood (shrimp, scallops, mussels)
- 2 cups of fish or seafood stock
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Start by heating the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
2. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
3. Add the tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce, blending them into the onion and garlic mixture. Allow them to cook for 2-3 minutes for the flavors to meld.
4. Pour in the seafood stock, stirring well to combine all the ingredients. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
5. Add the assorted seafood to the pot. Let it cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and tender.
6. Stir in the heavy cream and Old Bay seasoning, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the bisque is heated through. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
7. Serve the bisque in warm bowls and garnish with fresh parsley for an added pop of color and flavor.
