Hello cooks, future entrepreneurs, and small food biz owners,

I am announcing a new location of MMK that is opening on E.106th Street soon! I'm especially excited because at this location, in addition to beautiful commercial kitchen spaces, we also have a gorgeous 2,000 sqft event space/venue, with a 600 sqft private outdoor courtyard.

Like the kitchen spaces, the venue is available for rent for Pop-ups, Art Shows, Filming, Weddings, other private parties, for business and pleasure...the possibilities are abundant.

Tour dates with Q&A will be announced via the MMK webpage, Meta & IG in 2 weeks.

Finally, I want to thank you for standing by MMK through all of the ups/downs since 2020. Having a NYC food business is not easy, even when it's good, so your flexibility is super appreciated and very dope.

86lbs of wedding cake and 💯% edible…no gum paste or fondant…but all buttercream cakes can have lots of problems during transport.
Our attempts to smooth over the buttercream caused some “weirdness” in spots.
The white chocolate flowers also had some “injuries” bc we transported the individual petals and assembled on-site.

Cake-making is like marriage: we love it, blemishes and all.
