We're excited to celebrate the opening of Success Academy's new Bronx K–12 Campus!

Davella Studios was proud to partner as the Foodservice Design and Hospitality Consultant with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, Success Academy Charter Schools, and the culinary operations team to develop a foodservice program and design around the needs of the students, educators, and staff who will use it every day.

Our work brought together foodservice design, operational planning, and programming - from kitchen operations to menus, equipment, staffing, service styles, and the overall dining experience, creating an thoughtful environment for students and staff every day.

We're proud to have partnered with the entire project team to help bring Success Academy's vision to life, and to see this incredible campus open its doors.

The publication officially announced the winners on July 14, 2026, crowning the establishment as the Best New Restaurant for the North Jersey region.

At Jaxon Texas Kitchen & Beer Garden in Dallas' AT&T Discovery District, this concept's story celebrated the character, craftsmanship, and culture of Texas, including a custom two-tier beer tower designed by Davella Studios with more than 40 taps.

When Squarespace began exploring workplace foodservice, the question was what kind of hospitality experience would best support its employees and culture.

With no existing foodservice operations beyond coffee pantries, Davella Studios was brought in to evaluate options and develop a strategy that reflected how employees work, gather, and connect throughout the day.

Following an extensive programming process, the team designed a flexible hospitality experience featuring daily breakfast and lunch buffets, hidden heated counters seamlessly integrated into the architecture, a central beverage bar that supports both daytime service and evening events, and pantry spaces throughout the workplace stocked with premium beverages and snacks.

The result is a foodservice program designed around people, culture, and experience.

Great connecting at the National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show in Chicago this weekend with our clients from Jane Street.

Trade shows are always a reminder that this industry is a small world and that the best partnerships happen when you get out from behind the screen and spend time together in person. It was great catching up, talking about the industry, and seeing so much innovation happening across hospitality.

A workplace designed around experience. Davella Studios partnered with L'Oréal Group and Gensler on the transformation of L’Oréal’s headquarters at Hudson Yards, creating a dynamic environment that supports both productivity and connection.

At the center of the project is a 36th-floor amenity space featuring a full-service café, juice and espresso bar, and executive dining room, all designed to take advantage of sweeping views and an outdoor terrace.

With open cooking platforms and a focus on from-scratch preparation, the space creates a more engaging, hospitality-driven experience for employees.

Since opening, the space has exceeded expectations and serves more employees daily than L’Oréal’s previous location, demonstrating the impact of thoughtful design aligned with real-world use.

Davella Studios was proud to partner with AT&T on The Exchange Hall in downtown Dallas, an innovative, first-of-its-kind culinary destination located in the heart of the AT&T Discovery District.

Designed to accommodate both grab-and-go dining and sit-down experiences, The Exchange features 13 dining options and two full-service bars, offering a wide range of cuisines throughout the day from breakfast through dinner.

Overlooking the District’s Media Wall, Plaza, and Globe, the space brings together coworkers, families, and visitors in a vibrant, high-energy environment built for both efficiency and experience.
