🍲 Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing
Ingredients
1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (6-ounce) box stuffing mix
¾ cup water
1½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups cut green beans
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Lightly coat the inside of the slow cooker.
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Sprinkle with black pepper and garlic powder.
Spread the green beans evenly over the chicken.
In a bowl, stir together the cream of chicken soup and water.
Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and green beans.
Sprinkle the stuffing mix evenly over the top.
Cover and cook on Low for 6–7 hours or High for 3–4 hours.
Once the chicken is tender, shred lightly with two forks and gently mix into the stuffing mixture.
Serve warm.

🍲 Beef and Noodles
Ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1¼ pounds beef steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons butter
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups beef broth
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
12 ounces egg noodles
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the beef pieces and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Melt the butter in the same skillet.
Add the mushrooms and onion. Cook until softened, about 5–6 minutes.
Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and stir well.
Slowly add the beef broth while stirring until smooth.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Return the beef to the skillet. Reduce heat and simmer for 20–25 minutes until tender.
Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Drain well.

Ingredients
6 medium russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 pound lean ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup butter, softened
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Boil potatoes in salted water until fork tender, about 15–20 minutes.
Drain and mash potatoes with butter, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
While potatoes cook, brown the ground beef in a skillet with the onion and red pepper. Drain excess grease.
Spread half of the mashed potatoes into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Layer the beef mixture over the potatoes.
Sprinkle half of the cheese over the beef.

Instructions
