Ingredients:
• 8 oz imitation crab meat
• 1 can (6 oz) GEISHA crab meat
• 1 tbsp sake (or dry white wine)
• 1/2 tbsp yuzu ponzu (or regular ponzu)
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 1 2/3 cups milk
• Pinch of cumin powder
• 1 egg (beaten)
• Flour & panko breadcrumbs (for coating)

Sauce:
• 3 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
• 1/4 tsp paprika powder
• Pinch of sugar

Here’s how to make it 👇

Ingredients:
🧅 ½ medium onion
🥔 1 potato (about 150g)
🥕 ¼ carrot (about 50g)
🌿 ½ stalk celery
🍄 50g brown shimeji mushrooms
🥓 2 slices bacon
🧈 2 tsp butter
🍅 1 can diced tomatoes (410g)
🦪 2 cans GEISHA Minced Clams (with juice)
🌿 1 bay leaf + oregano
🧂 Salt & pepper to taste

To make:
1️⃣ Dice onion, potato, carrot, and celery; slice bacon.
2️⃣ Melt butter in a pot, sauté onion + bacon till soft.
3️⃣ Add veggies, stir, then mix in diced tomatoes, GEISHA Minced Clams (with juice), herbs, and 1¼ cups water.
4️⃣ Bring to a gentle boil, cover, and simmer 10 mins.

• 2 packs fresh Noodle (fried noodle)
• 150 g (about 5 oz) sliced pork belly
• 50 g (about 2 oz) Spring Onions
• ½ medium onion
• 3 leaves of Shiso
• 150 g (about 5 oz) Napa cabbage
• Half can of GEISHA Water Chestnuts Sliced
• Half can of GEISHA Bamboo Shoots
• 3 Quail eggs
• 2 Tbsp GEISHA Sesame oil
• 3 Tbsp cornstarch mixed with water (for thickening)
• A pinch of salt

Seasoning for noodles
• 1 Tbsp Sesame oil
• 1 Tbsp sake (rice wine)

Sauce mixture
• 500 ml (about 2 cups) chicken stock
• 1½ Tbsp soy sauce
• 1½ Tbsp mirin (sweet rice wine)
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1½ Tbsp oyster sauce
