Ingredients:
🧅 ½ medium onion
🥔 1 potato (about 150g)
🥕 ¼ carrot (about 50g)
🌿 ½ stalk celery
🍄 50g brown shimeji mushrooms
🥓 2 slices bacon
🧈 2 tsp butter
🍅 1 can diced tomatoes (410g)
🦪 2 cans GEISHA Minced Clams (with juice)
🌿 1 bay leaf + oregano
🧂 Salt & pepper to taste
To make:
1️⃣ Dice onion, potato, carrot, and celery; slice bacon.
2️⃣ Melt butter in a pot, sauté onion + bacon till soft.
