Looking for a new summer spot on Long Island? 🌸🍸 Magnolias just opened in Bay Shore and we absolutely loved it! The space has a beautiful cocktail bar inside and the cutest outdoor patio that is perfect for summer nights with friends ☀️✨

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with complimentary welcome drinks which was such a nice touch 🥂 The atmosphere is elevated but still relaxed, making it perfect for date night, girls night, or drinks after work

✨ What we ordered & loved
🧀 HONEY ROASTED BRIE: Warm brie served with focaccia sticks, Honeycrisp apples, and raspberry. The perfect sweet and savory starter 😍
🥪 THE FRENCH DIP: Gruyere, horseradish mayo, caramelized onions, wicked jus, and cottage fries. So flavorful and comforting
🍔 CHOPHOUSE BURGER: Smoked bacon, sharp cheddar, roasted garlic aioli on a brioche bun with cottage fries. A solid burger and definitely worth ordering
🐟 SEARED TUNA STEAK ⭐️: Everything-crusted tuna served over wasabi risotto. This was our FAVORITE dish of the night. The tuna was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor 🙌🏼
🍸 ESPRESSO MARTINI: Made with Roto espresso and honestly one of the best espresso martinis we’ve had recently ☕️✨
🍨 AFFOGATO: Also made with Roto espresso, the perfect way to end the meal
🦪 WEDNESDAY SPECIAL: $1.50 oysters! Fresh, delicious, and such a great deal if you’re visiting midweek
🍸THURSDAY SPECIAL: Girl Dinner, Cesar Salad + Fries + a Martini 😏

The cocktails here are excellent, the patio is beautiful, and the food completely exceeded our expectations. We can definitely see ourselves coming back all summer long 🌸☀️🍸

A new BBQ spot just opened in Coconut Grove and it is DEFINITELY a must try 🔥🍖 Drinking Pig BBQ seriously impressed us, everything tasted super fresh, smoky, and packed with flavor

✨ What we loved:
🥩 BRISKET: The standout for us. Super tender, juicy, and packed with smoky flavor, this was AMAZING
🐷 PULLED PORK: Flavorful, perfectly cooked, and so satisfying
🌽 CORNBREAD: PHENOMENAL. Highly highly recommend getting this, it was sweet, buttery, soft, and honestly one of the best cornbreads we’ve had
🥗 COLESLAW: Fresh, crunchy, and the perfect balance to all the BBQ
🧀 MAC & CHEESE: Super popular and extra creamy
🍗 CHICKEN WINGS: Smoky, crispy, and packed with flavor

The whole spot has such a laid back BBQ vibe and is such a great new addition to Coconut Grove 👏 Definitely one of the better BBQ spots we’ve tried in Miami recently

This Swedish candy shop is taking OVER Miami right now 🍬✨ ScandyCandy first went viral with their Coral Gables location, and now they just opened a brand new spot in Coconut Grove

Originally inspired by the Swedish tradition of “Saturday candy,” this place lets you fill your own bag with imported candy straight from Sweden, and honestly it feels like stepping into Europe for a second 👀

The whole shop is super colorful, aesthetic, and filled with rows and rows of gummies, sour candies, chocolates, marshmallows, and vegan options. A lot of the candy is made without artificial dyes or high fructose corn syrup too, which is part of why Swedish candy has become SUCH a huge trend lately

The best part, build your own bag with SO MANY candy options 👏

🍬 SOUR SKULLS: One of their most viral candies, chewy, sour, and super flavorful
🫐 BLUEBERRY RASPBERRY BOMBS: Sweet with the perfect tart finish

Still the BEST steakhouse in Miami 🤍🥩 We’ve been to Prime 112 a few times now and absolutely love it every single time. From the service to the atmosphere to the food, this place just does upscale steakhouse dining SO well

Prime 112 is one of those iconic Miami restaurants that truly lives up to the hype. The vibe is lively and trendy while still feeling classic, and it’s definitely a must for a nice dinner in Miami Beach ✨

Everything here is à la carte, so you order your steak or seafood separately and then the sides come family style for the table, which honestly makes the experience even more fun

And before your meal even starts… the complimentary cheddar bread basket is unreal 😍 definitely don’t skip it

🥩 FILET MIGNON: Super tender, buttery, and perfectly cooked, served with roasted garlic
🥩 RIBEYE FOR TWO: Rich, flavorful, beautifully marbled, and perfect for sharing, also served with roasted garlic
🦞 STUFFED LOBSTER: The STAR of the meal. Maine lobster stuffed with jumbo lump crab, bay scallops, vegetables, bread, butter, and finished with cognac butter, absolutely incredible and a MUST order
🥗 PRIME 112 SALAD: Romaine, spinach, hearts of palm, cucumber, celery hearts, grape tomatoes, asparagus, smoked bacon, and green goddess dressing
🥗 CAESAR SALAD: Hearts of romaine with brioche croutons and shaved parmesan, simple and classic
🥔 GARLIC MASHED POTATOES: Creamy, buttery, and one of our favorite sides
🍰 CHOCOLATE CAKE: Rich, decadent, and huge enough to share

Back for our second time at Rao’s and somehow we loved it even more 🍝✨ This place has been iconic for years, and the Miami Beach location truly delivers on the classic old school Italian experience. Between the ambiance, the service, and the food, it’s one of those restaurants that feels special every time

The vibe inside is elegant but still cozy, and everything we ordered felt rich, comforting, and super well done. Definitely a spot worth booking ahead for 👏

🦪 BAKED CLAMS: Fresh clams baked with seasoned breadcrumbs, garlic, lemon, and herbs, such a great starter
🍝 RAO’S TRADITIONAL MEATBALLS: All beef meatballs in marinara sauce, super tender and packed with flavor
🍝 PENNE VODKA: Creamy vodka sauce with perfectly cooked pasta, rich and comforting
🦞 LOBSTER FRA DIAVOLO: Lobster served in a spicy tomato sauce over pasta, still one of the best dishes we’ve had here and absolutely a must order 🔥
🥪 CHICKEN PARMESAN: Crispy breaded chicken topped with marinara and melted mozzarella, classic and so satisfying
🥗 CAESAR SALAD: Crisp romaine with parmesan and dressing, simple and fresh
☕ TIRAMISU: Creamy, rich, and the perfect ending to dinner
🥜 PEANUT BUTTER MOUSSE DESSERT: Super smooth and decadent with rich chocolate and peanut butter flavors, definitely save room for this one 😍

The Lobster Fra Diavolo continues to be the standout for us, but the Chicken Parmesan and baked clams were incredible additions this time too

Definitely recommend booking at least 1 to 2 months ahead on Resy because reservations go FAST
