Listen we prefer to deliver piping hot food BUT we’ve had of prior requests for take away and bake options for people traveling upstate or out East. That being said the focus becomes providing the easiest solution for you to consume the best food. In this instance, we had handful of dishes that just required some finishing plating or baking. No need to worry about getting the kitchen dirty or having to shop at a non-local market

Only 24 hours behind but we’re already missing those pork sliders and peppered shrimp. If you’re a big salad fan this was definitely your time to shine. Went for a more heartier route with a roasted corn + chickpea salad and lentil and radicchio.
