What better way to send somebody into retirement than with a classic Boston Market themed party. Well somewhat classic - there were some deviations (queue the Buff Chix dip). I mean only if Boston Market could crush the kitchen like the Wagon it may have not ended with being a Harvard Case Study

🚨 151 of 250: Rolling Again

We like to think we can operate 24/7 but even we need a little rest and reset. Greasing wheels back up, but nothing greasy about the food we’re serving. Especially those paper thin chicken cutlets. Cute little sandwich and salad drop to get the action going again.

Our milestones don’t really have a purpose, other than pushing us to expand and welcome the Wagon into your homes, offices and more importantly stomachs! Whether you’re 1 or 150 the quality and diversity of the food never deteriorates. Fun little Italian luncheon to ring in the end of the week.

Wonder what the next milestone should be….250?

Nothing like a last-minute birthday dinner drop to bring the family together inside the home and NOT a restaurant. We have some token staples dropped, unpacked and setup. Talk about white glove service. Don’t even get us started on our unintentional gift 🎁 (leftovers)

See there definitely are things more exciting than the World Cup! I mean we’re talking about the Baby not Wagon’s spread. Nice little brunch spread to shower the incoming Mama. There’s not much that can give an NY bagel a run for its money but the fresh focaccia with thyme and Maldon may just do the trick

Highest honor getting to share such special milestones with friends even more so when they entrust you to keep the people fed! What a special and chatted menu created by none other than future Mama and Papa. A great balance of grazing, standing, or fork and knifing.

We got a couple different cheese rocking this week between the fresh mozzarella in the Caprese, sharp cheddar in the creamy baked mac or the fan favorite halloumi in the kale and brussel salad. If that doesn’t solve your cheese fix give it a last go with the cheeseburger sliders w/ crispy onions and chipotle aioli

🚨 145 of 150: A Pre 4th BBQ

Listen we get not will get some good BBQ this weekend so why not make sure we bring it into the office. We saved the dogs and burgers for the weekend but went with some other staples such as the shredded BBQ pork and spare ribs. Nothing to cool the pallet better than crispy creamy coleslaw and some mustard vinegar potato salad. Cookies I guess can be for the road 🍪

🚨 144 of 150: Wagon Loves Love

No better way to start the weekend than take part in an engagement party celebration 💍. Wishing the newly engaged nothing short of great health, prosperity and well stocked fridge/kitchen. This one was a fun way in the sense we had a handful of intolerances (GF, DF, Nuts) but listen we work with all audiences. Overall a fun brunch spread

PS - just a quick shoutout to APIS - Honey Sommelier an awesome small batch honey provider out of Austin who helped me step up my game with some of the best liquid gold 🍯 🐝

🚨143 of 150: Take Away Wagon

Listen we prefer to deliver piping hot food BUT we’ve had of prior requests for take away and bake options for people traveling upstate or out East. That being said the focus becomes providing the easiest solution for you to consume the best food. In this instance, we had handful of dishes that just required some finishing plating or baking. No need to worry about getting the kitchen dirty or having to shop at a non-local market
