• 2 green chilies (chopped)
• ½ tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp garam masala
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp oil
• Samosa wrappers
• Oil for frying
Instructions
1. Heat oil, add cumin seeds.
2. Add ginger, chilies, spices, peas.
3. Add potatoes, mix well, cook 3–4 min. Cool.
4. Fill wrappers, seal with flour paste.
5. Fry on medium-low heat until deep golden (very important for crispness).

Ingredients
• 300 g minced chicken

Creamy Spicy Chicken Filling

Ingredients:

• 800 g boneless chicken (small cubes)
• 2 tbsp oil (30 ml)
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste (15 g)
• 1 tsp salt (5 g)
• 1 tsp black pepper (5 g)
• 1 tsp red chili powder (5 g)
• 1 tsp paprika (5 g)
• 1 tsp cumin powder (5 g)
• ½ tsp garam masala (2 g)
• ½ cup capsicum, small cubes (75 g)
• ½ cup boiled corn (75 g)
• ½ cup mayonnaise (120 g)
• ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (100 g)
• 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.

2. Add chopped onion and cook until soft and light golden.

3. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

4. Add chicken cubes and cook on medium heat until fully cooked and slightly golden.

5. Add salt, black pepper, red chili powder, paprika, cumin powder, and garam masala. Mix well.

6. Add capsicum and boiled corn. Cook for 2–3 minutes (do not overcook, keep slight crunch).

7. Turn off the heat. Let it cool slightly for 3–4 minutes.

8. Add mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella cheese, and fresh coriander. Mix until creamy and well combined.

Classic One-Pan Cheesy Taco Skillet
Ready in ~30 minutes
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
1 tbsp olive oil (if needed)
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 packet taco seasoning (or 2 tbsp homemade)
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (drained)
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained & rinsed
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup beef broth or water

1½ cups shredded cheddar or Mexican-blend cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Brown the ground meat; drain excess grease.
Add onion and garlic; sauté 2-3 minutes.
Stir in taco seasoning, tomatoes, beans, corn, and broth.
Simmer uncovered for 8-10 minutes until thickened.

Sprinkle cheese on top, cover, and cook 2-3 minutes until melted.
Serve with: tortilla chips, tortillas, sour cream, avocado, or salsa.
