1½ oz (45 ml) cherry rum
1 oz (30 ml) white chocolate liqueur
1 oz (30 ml) Irish cream liqueur

Ice
2 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
Chocolate syrup, for the glass
Maraschino cherry or chocolate-drizzled cherry/pink garnish

Make the Oreo rim: Lightly coat the rim with chocolate syrup, then dip it into finely crushed Oreo cookies.
Mix: Add cherry rum, white chocolate liqueur, Irish cream, grenadine, heavy cream, and a generous handful of ice to a cocktail shaker.

1 cup ice
💙 Blue Breeze Layer

Fresh dragon fruit slice
Edible orchid

Add the dragon fruit purée, white rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice to a blender. Blend until thick and slushy.
Pour the pink dragon fruit mixture into the bottom half of a chilled rocks glass.
Rinse the blender. Add vodka, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and ice. Blend until smooth and frozen.
Slowly pour the blue mixture over the back of a spoon onto the dragon fruit layer. Pour gently to create the dramatic pink-to-blue gradient.
Add crushed ice on top and garnish with a fresh dragon fruit slice and an edible orchid.

🍬 Candy Cane Kiss Cocktail

A creamy, frosty peppermint cocktail with vanilla, chocolate, and candy-cane flavors. Perfect for Christmas parties, holiday gatherings, or a festive dessert drink.

Servings: 2
Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients
2 oz vanilla vodka or clear rum
1 oz white crème de cacao
1 oz peppermint schnapps
1–2 oz half-and-half or heavy cream
2 cups ice
1–2 oz lemon-lime soda, optional
3 tbsp crushed candy canes, for the rims
Whipped cream
Pink, red, and white candies or sprinkles
2 whole candy canes
Simple syrup or melted white chocolate, for the rims
Instructions
Prepare the glasses: Dip the rims of two tall glasses into simple syrup or melted white chocolate, then coat generously with crushed candy canes.
Make the cocktail: Add vanilla vodka, white crème de cacao, peppermint schnapps, cream, and ice to a blender. Blend until thick, icy, and smooth.
Create the pink look: For a stronger pink layer like the image, add a tiny splash of grenadine to part of the mixture. Pour the pink mixture into the bottom of each glass, then gently add the lighter creamy mixture on top.
Add some fizz: For a lighter drink, add a small splash of lemon-lime soda after pouring.
Decorate: Top each glass generously with whipped cream. Sprinkle with crushed candy canes and pink/white candies, then tuck a whole candy cane into each glass.

Mocktail version: Skip the vodka, crème de cacao, and schnapps. Blend 1 cup milk or half-and-half with ½ tsp vanilla extract, ¼ tsp peppermint extract, 1–2 tbsp white chocolate syrup, 2 cups ice, and a little grenadine. Finish with lemon-lime soda if desired.

Tip: Peppermint extract is very strong—use only a small amount in the mocktail and adjust to taste.

🌈 Rainbow Ocean Breeze Cocktail

A spectacular layered tropical drink with green, yellow, orange, pink, purple, and ocean-blue colors. Fruity, refreshing, and perfect for summer parties or poolside entertaining.

Servings: 1 large cocktail
Prep time: 5 minutes

🍹 Ingredients
1 oz coconut rum
1 oz melon liqueur
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz orange juice
½ oz fresh lime juice
2 oz lemon-lime soda
½ oz blue curaçao
½ oz grenadine
1–1½ cups lightly crushed ice
Lime wheel, for garnish
Pineapple wedge, for garnish
Fresh blackberry, for garnish
Fresh mint
🧊 Instructions
Make the green base: Pour the melon liqueur into a tall glass and fill about one-third with crushed ice.
Create the tropical layer: Combine coconut rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and lime juice in a shaker with ice. Shake for about 10 seconds.
Build the rainbow: Slowly pour the tropical mixture over the crushed ice. Add additional crushed ice until the glass is almost full.
Add the pink-purple effect: Slowly drizzle the grenadine through the middle of the crushed ice. Use only a small amount so the colors don't completely mix.
Create the ocean-blue top: Carefully pour the blue curaçao over the back of a spoon onto the top layer. Where the blue meets the pink, you'll naturally get beautiful purple tones.
Add bubbles: Slowly top with lemon-lime soda without stirring.
Garnish: Finish with a lime wheel, pineapple wedge, blackberry, and a generous sprig of fresh mint.
🌴 Mocktail Version

Replace:

Coconut rum → 1 oz coconut water
Melon liqueur → 1 oz non-alcoholic melon syrup
Blue curaçao → ½ oz non-alcoholic blue curaçao syrup

Keep all the juices, grenadine, soda, ice, and garnishes the same.

✨ Layering tip: Use a glass packed tightly with crushed ice and pour each colored ingredient very slowly over the back of a spoon. Don't stir—the crushed ice helps maintain the dramatic rainbow gradient.

🧜‍♀️ Purple Mermaid Splash Cocktail

A colorful tropical cocktail with layers of blue, purple, and pink, combining coconut, citrus, pineapple, and refreshing bubbles.

Servings: 1 large cocktail
Prep time: 5 minutes

🍹 Ingredients
1 oz coconut rum
1 oz blue curaçao
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz lemonade
½ oz fresh lime juice
2 oz lemon-lime soda
1–1½ cups lightly crushed ice
½ oz grenadine
Orange slice, for garnish
Pineapple wedge, for garnish
Maraschino cherry, for garnish
Fresh mint, for garnish
🧊 Instructions
Create the blue base: Fill a tall glass about one-third full with crushed ice. Pour in the blue curaçao and coconut rum.
Add the tropical layer: Mix the pineapple juice, lemonade, and fresh lime juice. Slowly pour over the ice.
Create the mermaid gradient: Add more crushed ice until the glass is nearly full. Slowly drizzle the grenadine over the top. It will work through the ice, creating pink and purple tones against the blue base.

Garnish: Finish with an orange slice, pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry, and fresh mint.
✨ Mocktail Version

Skip the coconut rum and blue curaçao. Replace them with 1 oz coconut water + 1 oz blue curaçao syrup (non-alcoholic). Follow the remaining recipe exactly.

Tip: Use plenty of finely crushed ice and pour each liquid slowly for the strongest blue → purple → pink “mermaid” gradient.
