A full tasting will be provided of our new and menu with all the smoking done on 💨 🔥 There will also be foods provided by and live music by the one and only also has a full bar and 2 drinks are included with every ticket.

One of the dishes was this Pernil Taco with Grilled Piña Salsa and Piña Mojito Sauce.

We did a traditional (NYC Caridad style) roasted pernil on the traeger using apple pellets. After about 8 hours and falling apart we broke it down to sit in all that juiciness. We made a fresh pineapple mojito sauce and grilled some fresh pineapple for the salsa. Not to mention the freshly pickled smoked red onions to top it off! Cheers
