A behind-the-scenes look at the production of our Apollo's Praise dinner!

These moments are some of our favorites to share. Here, Christopher Bates, our chef and sommelier, is carefully plating the Dutch Baby (also known as a clafoutis), made with fresh red currants picked from our own garden while they were still in season.

Events like Apollo's Praise allow us to showcase what we love most: thoughtfully crafted food, exceptional Finger Lakes wines, and the connection between the two. Every course tells a story, and every event is a celebration of our region and its incredible producers.

Join Apollo's Praise and Element Winery for a one-night-only Bastille Day fête. The esteemed, James Beard-nominated F.L.X. Table team will be popping up at Lahoma Vineyard! The evening features our most special signature wines, including the Lahoma Vineyard Pentecostal Block Rieslings from both Element and Apollo's Praise, poured side by side for the first time.

We’re beyond proud to share that in the 2026 Guide to the Finger Lakes, Element Winery has once again been named a Top Winery!

Even more thrilling, our 2017 Seneca Lake Equilibrium Wine Farm Cabernet Franc received Top Wine recognition by Laura Winter Falk, Certified Sommelier, wine educator, and founder of “Experience! The Finger Lakes”. A wine from 25-year-old vines, aged 18 months in neutral oak, and grown on a site we believe in with everything we have.

The patience in the cellar and all the hard work our team and our Sommelier, Christopher Bates, puts into the land and each grape is what leads us to this moment. Thanks to everyone who believes in the Finger Lakes as deeply as we do.
