Fresh lineup on the shelf! We just unboxed a new arrival shipment from Chanterêves, and these bottles never stick around long. 

If you aren’t familiar with Chanterêves yet, it is the Burgundy project led by the powerhouse duo Tomoko Kuriyama and Guillaume Bott. Tomoko built her w**emaking foundation studying oenology at Geisenheim and crafting world-class Riesling in the Rheingau, while Guillaume honed his craft at iconic estates like Domaine Etienne Sauzet and Simon Bize.
Together in Savigny-lès-Beaune, they combine German precision with deep Burgundian tradition. Their w**es are famously pure, crystalline, and minimally interventionist letting the character of each parcel show through with absolute clarity. From energetic whites with razor-sharp minerality to perfumed, whole-cluster reds, this is modern Burgundy at its absolute finest.

Cucamonga Revolution White.

This one is not your typical California white.

100% Palomino from a vineyard planted way back in 1912, dry-farmed and never sprayed or treated. Whole-cluster pressed, fermented and aged in neutral French oak, then bottled without fining or filtering. Basically, a little piece of California w**e history in the bottle.

Fresh, wild, zippy and seriously interesting. The kind of bottle you open when you want something that actually gives you something to talk about.

Rajat Parr and Abe Schoener went looking for old-school California character and this bottle delivers.

In Love with a Memory — 2024

Sauvignon Blanc from the historic Enz Vineyard in Lime Kiln Valley, California. Old, dry-farmed vines rooted in limestone and granite, with the fruit gently macerated and aged in barrel.

The w**e leans into ripe citrus and tropical fruit, with soft extraction, texture, and a subtle oxidative character from its time in barrel. Nothing added, nothing removed.

A really unique expression of Sauvignon Blanc from a vineyard with serious history.

Southold Rouge Clair 2024

A little bit red, a little bit rosé, and very much its own thing.

Rouge Clair is a fresh take on the traditional Bordeaux Clairet style—a w**e that once had a place throughout the Côtes de Bordeaux but has largely disappeared.

Made from 100% Merlot planted on clay and limestone soils, from 40-year-old vines. After a short 48-hour maceration, the w**e ferments in concrete tanks and spends nine months aging in neutral French oak.

Fresh, bright, and made for the table.

Khikhvi from Anapea Village — a pet-nat with a little wild side.

Made from Khikhvi, one of Georgia’s lesser-known native grapes, this is the kind of bottle that doesn’t need much explanation. Golden in the glass, naturally sparkling, textured, fresh, and just a little untamed.

Back in stock and just in time for National Dog Day.

Duplo is one of those bottles that always gets people talking. A Vinho Tinto from Vinho Verde made with 80% Espadeiro and 20% Arinto, fermented naturally in 100-year-old amphoras with ground chestnut flowers and bottled unfiltered.

The grapes come from Rui Paiva’s 20-year-old vines in Felgueiras and were harvested by three generations of his family.

Bright, wild, earthy and seriously fun to drink. And yes, the dog on the label makes it even better.

Not all orange w**es are made the same.

Tatto by Ruth Lewandowski is one of those bottles that reminds you why skin-contact w**es are so much fun. Empirical Olive.

Made with a smooth French wheat spirit and layered with Gordal and Manzanilla olives from Spain, this is savory, herbal, nutty and softly bitter, with a round texture and plenty of olive character.

At 36% ABV, it’s built to be ridiculously easy to drink.

Keep it in the freezer. Pour it ice-cold. Or add a little dry vermouth if you want to take it straight into Martini territory.

And yes, it also makes a pretty damn interesting Negroni.

Two bottles that define why natural w**e keeps pulling people back in.

Matthieu Barret’s Petit Ours Blanc 2025. 100% Roussane is all about energy and drinkability. Fresh citrus, orchard fruit, bright acidity, and the kind of texture that makes the bottle disappear faster than expected. Clean, vibrant, and dangerously easy to drink.
