It started with the empanada. Baked to order, paired with our small-batch Chipotle Mayo. Delivered all over town. Two decades later, some things don’t change.

This is what happens when the pantry meets the event. Chimichurri beef crostini - seared flank, Fox Gourmet Chimichurri and Chipotle Mayo, pickled red onion, micro arugula.
The chimichurri does two jobs here: marinade and finish. The chipotle is smeared over the bread before the seared flank is placed down. Topped with chimichurri, pickled red onion and arugula. One bite 3 layers. That’s the whole philosophy- products that work harder than a single use.
