In ' creation, the Machilly raspberry takes on a world of textures, from silky mousse and vibrant marmalade to refreshing sorbet and fresh berries.

Paired with ground elder and hazelnut, each element brings a different layer of freshness, richness, and aroma to the final course.

The Framboise menu begins with .des.gourmets signature Légèreté d’Abondance, bringing together organic Abondance cheese from Ferme de La Lanche with the bright sweetness of raspberries from Machilly.

The experience continues with a crisp, comforting take on an open-faced sandwich, pairing fresh goat cheese and raspberry with fragrant marjoram.

Presented on the Nectar Main Plate (27cm) and Arbre Plate Matte (16cm), where natural textures and refined porcelain create the perfect setting for this thoughtful course. ✨
