hiiii!!! {TL/DR} october treat box announcement time!! box orders will go live on 🚨saturday october 22nd @ 12pm noon sharp 🚨 IF you email before then it WILL be deleted 👼🏻
okay!! now that that is out of the way— this box will be for THURSDAY october 27th!! that’s next thursday! for $50 it includes a variety of spoopy esque goods, you will get:
👻pumpkin cinny twist
👻spiced chocolate ganache croissant
👻apple cream cheese streusel danish
👻candy bar single layer cake slice (choc cake w pb caramel + chocolate covered pretzels n peanuts)
👻autumnal veg n rose@ary focaccia slice
👻harvest crag (check posts below for deeeetz but essentially a fall dinner stuffed into a big ole herbed bread bun)
✨if you’d like— you can add a pumpkin cinny, half loaf of focaccia, or another harvest crab to your box order (no separate orders w/out a box, sorry!) ✨ pickup will be at from 1:30 - 5pm (but!! the acre will be open on thursday and it is ~all night happy hour~ so if you’d like to pick up yr box while allllllso dining in to grab some drinks (that i’ve made hehe) or a vegan mushroom sammy (+ try the stuffed poblanos y’all) just let me know and we will figure it out 🙂)
delivery is also available but up to my discretion bc i am the one who will be doing the deliveries haha. $10 for queens n brooklyn, don’t be afraid to ask when placing yr order :) all deliveries will be after 5pm.
no subs on the box and i will be only taking ✨30 orders✨ for these babies. boxes sold out in under 5 min last time so i’d recommend setting a reminder for saturday if you’d like one!! to place the order (ONLY ON SATURDAY @ NOON) email [email protected] with your order, name, phone number, and whether you’d like pickup or delivery.

lil cider donut appreciation post for the first day of october ✨ these are do-nuts bc they are baked not fried!! spiced cider dough baked up and then tossed in butter and cinnamon sugar while still hot :) all vegan, of courseeeeee y’all. been making these for years and am thinking of putting one in the october pastry box!! what do y’all think?? have a lovely lil rainy first day of october ❤️‍🔥

introducing✨ ❤️‍🔥her❤️‍🔥✨otherwise known as the newly renamed 🌾harvest crag :) if y’all have been here for the long haul you may know the crag— i’ve been making them for years, and they are my vegan version of (+ ) volcanoes (back from my soymilkbar days :,)) creamy scalloped potatoes, bacon, carmalized onion jam, and cheese all wrapped up in a bread bun. the harvest crag is a lil autumnal variation— i make creamy cheesey scalloped sweet potatoes, white sage gravy, turkey, cranberry sauce, + fried onions and stuff it all into an herb-speckled bun, then cover that bad boy in garlic butter before baking till golden brown. this is one of the best things i make (imo) and probably one of the only things i always want to eat. would y’all be interested in getting one w/ a pastry box this season?????? ok, bye!! have a lovely lil wednesday 🥀🌞 (last photo is a fun lil tbt of me n christina tosi from— 2017 i think? w/ my busted up veganized version of the cookbook)

first time professionally baking again all year and i decided to do over 24 dozen of a variety of things 🥲 very lucky + glad everything baked well + that i think i still got it after being out of practice for quite a bit haha. this is the lil (big) treat box from last week, thank you all for supporting!! (+ selling me out in literally 2 minutes…….) clockwise from the top is a piece of earl grey cake slice topped with blackberry buttercream + jam; tiramisu cake cup; focaccia w/ fresh herbs, heirloom tomatoes, onions, corn, + flakey salt; savory everything danish w/ house made cream cheese + tempeh eggplant bacon jam; classic fluffy cinny bun; salty butter croissant; + a sweet peach danish w/ cashew custard, peach compote, + a brown sugar streusel. all vegan, always babies!! almost all produce from (blackberries, heirloom tomatoes, eggplant, corn, herbs) and a big ty to for letting me steal their kitchen for a couple days. swipe throuuuugh for more photos, plus a lil extra one bc the support from this helped let me see my best friend this past weekend in dc ❤️‍🔥. might make this a monthly thing, and a lil more themed to make it a lil more streamlined, so keep an eye on here if yr interested in getting food from me ✨ this was so fun, ty!!!!! have a nice day bbs!!!!! in the meantime come get a drink from me at the acre!! 💅🏼❤️‍🔥

hiiii!! if you’ve been watching my stories then ya already know, but i’m doing treat boxes this upcoming week!! $45 gets you a box full of seasonal treats on wednesday the 17th ✨💕 i’m slowly getting back into this, so please be patient with me. orders will go live saturday the 13th at 12 noon sharp. there will be 30 boxes available, and you can claim yours by sending an email to [email protected] with your name + your order, first come, first serve. i’ll reply to emails by sunday eve (please give me at least 24 hours— i’m one gal and i hate emailing). what’s inside the box: a plain croissant, summer corn + tomato focaccia, everything cream cheese n bacon danish, cinny bun, peaches n cream danish, tiramisu cup, + a single layer earl grey cake square. you can also add an extra half loaf of focaccia and/or some extra cinny buns if you’d like 💅🏼💕pickup will be at on wednesday from 1-5, or if you are in the area i can swing by a delivery for you after 5 (for $10.. gas is expensive yall). okay i think that’s it! i’ll post reminders on my stories this week for y’all. i’m really excited to do these, and hope y’all enjoy!! it’s limited and on my own terms bc i want to keep it ~for fun~ and not destroy myself again. might make it a once a month type thing if it goes well 🥰 happy wednesday bbs! as always, all vegan, duhhhhhh!!

hi it’s apparently national cheesecake day?? i started making vegan cheesecakes early last year and fell in loveeeeee. was always obsessed with cheesecake before being vegan, but never loved any vegan options so decided to work on my own. i love the room it has for different flavors and incorporating different elements. i’ve posted some of my favs on this account, but never this one!! birthday cake cheesecake— salty buttery cinnamon cookie crust, filled with a vanilla cake batter cheesecake filling dotted with sprinkles throughout. topped with vanilla bean buttercream and rainbow sprinkle cookies (this one was for one of my close friends birthday last year.. hence big boy season hehe). as per usual topped with sprinkles + flowers bc nothing i make can go without. hope everyone is having a lovely lil saturday and ahas a chance to find some cheesecake in their day/lives ✨💕🥀

drinks from last week: sparkling rosé sangria w/ rhubarb, orange peel, + fig leaves, topped with brunoise + macerated strawberries ✨ a tiny lil one ounce version of the lavender fog drink i made last week in the cuuuuutest lil cup, topped with yarrow flowers ✨ kombucha i made from scratch and fruited with fresh corn, strawberries, + jalapeños (this one gets mixed reviews but i think it came out pretty good + fun) ✨ blood orange margs made with my friend’s new slushee machine 💋 come get some corn kombucha in ridgewood today y’all 🌽🍓

hiiiiiii i made a very cute cocktail and i’m really proud of her :•) ~lavender tears~ aka a booooozy iced london fog. english breakfast tea infused gin, aquafaba, and a housemade syrup infused with citrus, spices, lavender, chamomile, + salt preserved bergamont. shaken vigorously and topped w a fresh radicchio flower and a dried violet. she is cute n intense n a sipper n (probably) very caffeinated. come grab herrrrrr at okay bye!! :•) 💕

wedding cake #2!! this was a three layer 6” rainbow sprinkle baby. sprinkle vanilla cake layers; filled with rainbow shortbread crunchies; covered in white chocolate vanilla buttercream topped with flowers + glitter ofc. this was the more simple classic bride n groom cake :-) nice to know i can still make cakes even after (and during) taking an extended break lol, especially in 110 heat and a home kitchen. cake commissions are still closed, but going to keep sharing all the cakes from the wedding (and maybe will open them? not anytime super soon though, sorry!) hope y’all are doing well~~~ swipe for details and the cake table. ty babies! 💕💕💕💕

okay first cake up in series of wedding cakes~~~ passion fruit cheesecake!! butter cracker n lemon n spiced crust, filled with a tangy vanilla cheese custard, baked till puffed n golden, then topped with a scratch made fresh passion fruit curd + vanilla puffs. covered in glitter n flower petals n all vegan as allllllllllways + forever!! it’s hot as hell in texas rn but swipe for a cute lil photo of my beautiful siblings officially married ✨💕 (along w a lil evidence that ellie could not wait until cake time to lick some frosting) hope y’all are doing as well as you can be right now ❣️

hi i made kombucha start to finish!!!!!!! it’s strawberry rhubarb chamomile and it’s jammy and tastes like pie. macerated the rhubarb and then the next day slow cooked it with strawberries and used that to fruit the kombucha year base made a week before. kombucha is fun and i’m excited to make different lil batches, but my first one is ready for you to drinkkkkkkkk. come get her and add some gin :•) swipe for the scoby!!!! okay bye :•) 💕💕💕💕
