Blueberry Protein Muffins
Ingredients
1 box sugar-free blueberry muffin mix
1 bottle (11–14 oz) blueberry-flavored high-protein milk
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin pan.
2. In a bowl, mix muffin mix and protein milk until smooth.
3. Gently fold in blueberries.
4. Divide batter evenly into muffin cups.
5. Bake for 18–22 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
6. Let cool slightly, then enjoy!
