Thirty years ago, before Pedro Melo’s father passed away, he asked us to take care of his only son. We kept that promise for three decades — and today, Pueblo Meat Market mourns Pedro’s untimely passing.
Pedro brought everyone together through small acts of kindness. Nicolas, Antonio, and all of us at Pueblo will miss the coffee breaks and after-work outings where, somehow, we still ended up talking about work.
He dreamed of retiring in his native Dominican Republic, surrounded by his wife, children, sisters, and mother. Our hearts are with them. The Pueblo family will remember him always.
