Sweet corn stand has been restocked. Thank you to our customers who have stopped and supported us so far. If you do stop, please park on the same side of the road as the stand. Please do not park or turn around in the driveway across the road. Thank you for your cooperation. The stand is located near the Hydesville Rd and Cambier Rd intersection.

Sweet corn is ready and the stand is up! The sweet corn stand is located on Hydesville Rd just west of Cambier Rd. We also have some sweet corn available at our egg stand on Lyon rd (just north of Hydesville rd). Corn will be picked fresh daily from the corn field just behind the stand.

Our sweet corn is coming on strong. Hopefully will have the first round ready for our road side stand later this week or early next. This corn stalk is trying to be an over achiever. It has 4 ears formed. Thats not something ya see everyday and thats not the only one out there. Hopefully it will be a bumper crop this year.

We brought home a new litter of bacon seeds today. 7 piglets to occupy our outdoor pig pasture. We can’t wait to spend the summer watching them grow up.

It was Just another busy, warm and sunny day here at the farm. We finished planting the last 5 acres of soybeans for the year this morning and got a small start on first cutting hay by square baling 90 bales from our early spring grazed cattle pastures to help generate a fresh, lush regrowth of grass for our cattle to graze later on this month. A couple acres is a great way to knock the dust off the equipment and to make sure there gonna function properly. The international 460 tractor and New Holland 268 square baler are a great combination for our small farm.

Come see us tomorrow evening at the Palmyra Farmers Market for all your breakfast,lunch or dinner needs. This week We will have a full line of pork choices available including breakfast and dinner sausages, smoked or fresh pork steaks, pork chops, ground pork and much much more. We will also have plenty of our farm fresh eggs to go around. So stop on down from 4-7pm at the village park to see us and all the other wonderful vendors there and experience what the market has to offer.

Only one week away. Come see us at this year’s Palmyra Farmers Market. We will start out market season with a full line of USDA pork cuts including a couple different flavors of breakfast sausage and dinner sausage, smoked bacon, smoked ham steaks, fresh ham steaks, pork chops and much more. Later on in the month we will have USDA Angus beef and pasture raised chicken cuts as well. Oh ya….. eggs from our pastured egg chickens all market season. All our meats and eggs come from animals raised and finished on our farm. So come see us and get to know the faces that are responsible for your tender, delicious and healthier for you locally raised meat and eggs.
