It's in the Garden State

I took a brewery day and ventured down the northern shore of NJ. The highlight of the day was Bakes Brewing Company with its stunning taproom.

On this stop I enjoyed the Mexican Lager and sampled the Kellerbier. The beer was so good, I wish I could have stayed all day. The brewery is divided into many rooms or areas. You can hang in the taproom, the backbar, or in the "Lion's Den" where you'll find an adults only area full of tvs and seating.

Bakes Brewing is known for its focus on fresh, hoppy beers like hazy IPAs, DIPAs, and TIPAs. The taproom offers a modern, inviting space with indoor and outdoor seating, tasting flights, and often features food trucks on weekends. The brewery founder Jeff Baker, emphasizes quality and freshness, with a commitment to the craft that started with homebrewing. Please make this a destination while in NJ.

It's time for a from November..

Let's go to Camp Brewery in Ohio. It's more than just a Harvest Host, it's a destination. Whether you enjoy camping in a tent, RV, or in a cabin and you love beer, this is your place!

We stopped by in the winter, so not much was going on except a couple RVs. We would definitely stop again during the summer or fall for the full experience.

The brewery has some great beer on tap. They have a large space that accompanies all kinds of parties at any time. The pumpkin and peanut butter were top notch by far. The brewery is family owned and ran. The service was the best! They treated us like locals and it was very appreciated.

The Record of Strangers is a signature dark lager brewed by Philadelphia's

Named as an homage to the historic, centuries-old guest book at the city's Athenaum of Philadelphia, the beer pours nearly midnight black and the tan head gives way to robust tasting notes of coffee, dark chocolate, and light toasted malt.
Complex malt character with an easy drinking feel.

INSPIRATION: Housed within the , a centuries old membership library and cultural hub of its time, prominent visitors were signed into this curious guest book and were given the title of "Stranger."

As fans of Prime Station & Philly locals, we were so happy when they released this dark lager, especially when we saw it at our local beer store. Coming in at 5.4% alcohols, it's an easy drinking lager full of roasted flavors. We can't wait for new brews that come from them in the future. If you're in the tri-state area, don't pass them up.

Another is upon us and we find ourselves in the Blue crab state

Stateline Liquors has been one of our go-to places for craft beer for many years. If you can't find it, this family owned store will get it for you. The staff prides themselves on availability and customer service, and it shows every time we walk in.

You can find not only the best craft beer, but also many varieties of wine & Liquor. If you still enjoy getting that Growler filled, they have a filling station with beer from all over the country.

Beer stores never get enough love or attention for providing us beer people with all the great gems. So we like to highlight our favorites from around the country on Sundays. So cheers to another Sunday filling our fridges and coolers this summer with the best brews around 🍻

to traveling through Michigan to confess my sins over breakfast & a beer....

What a great experience! Church breweries have to be some of the best stops for beer and is no exception.

They open for breakfast at 8am and close most nights at midnight. I got there around 10am for brunch and ordered biscuits and gravy along with a flight.

The beer & food was very good and the staff was very welcoming. It was a great place to hang out and take in the scenery. Even though I wasn't there in the evening, they are known for great pizza coming from the state of the art pizza oven.

This place is very well known with the beer community. If you haven't been, you need to make those plans!!

New England Friends meet up Complete!

We were finally able to make it to New England for one of the best beer meetups on Instagram. We've wanting to join for over a year. The stars aligned and we happened to be a hour away for the weekend covering another function.

We kept our visit a secret for the most part and everyone was definitely surprised. It was great to meet so many great people in person. A big thanks to Josh & Mike for doing these every month. It really brings the beer community together. And another thanks to for being a great host brewery. The place is so beautiful and we enjoyed all the amazing beers 🍻

Looking forward to joining again in the future.
We definitely won the award for traveling the furthest.
We are beer explorers 😉

Time to go back to your childhood with the turtles...

Crack open a can of pure nostalaia that will have vou saving Cowabunga! A bold blend of raspberry, pineapple and orange comes together to unleash a neon-green burst of Saturday morning mayhem-pure Turtle Power in a can!

This was a great one! Another great beer from that will take you back to the 90s.
Coming in at 6% alcohols this didn't hit you too hard.

Fourscore is always brewing outside the box and with beers like this, it shows. They always know how to make you feel good

It's time for from last month in Miami.

As you know we love our beer festivals and this one had been on our list for years. We heard so many great things from our friends so we pulled the trigger for Irie Jungle in Miami.

Not only does know how to make beer, but they know how to throw a party. We had such a blast meeting brewery and Instagram friends all day. Tripping Animals invited so many great breweries from around the country plus others from Japan & Europe.

It was South Florida, but very abnormal for very hot weather for April. We sweated our butts off, but it couldn't bring us down. Everything we had was delicious.

We highly recommend making the journey next year 🍻

An oldie, but a goodie......

You definitely notice the dry hop lager finish with Mosaic, Cryo Citra, and Hyperboost Citra.

We still have these two breweries on our list to visit. Looking forward to it soon.
