My vision for the Café is to provide carefully portioned and nutritionally balanced options, with all items weighed, measured, and accompanied by important nutritional information. This approach will allow you to make informed choices that align with your health and wellness goals. I do my best to use locally sourced ingredients in my foods when seasonally available.
