September is Su***de Prevention Month. Autumn Arch created Not Alone to help bring attention to su***de prevention, encourage conversations about mental health and su***de, and support AFSP Delaware.

A portion of proceeds from Not Alone will benefit the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention Delaware Chapter. AFSP Delaware works throughout the state to save lives and bring hope to those affected by su***de through education, advocacy, community programs, and support for those who have experienced su***de loss.

Pick up Not Alone. Share the message. Check in. Listen. Start a conversation. Remind someone they’re not alone.
