We have 1/4 beef available going in to Olde Village Meats for processing on Tuesday.

Raised local on our family farm.

$2.50/lb liveweight + processing. Generally around $1000-1200 for 1/4 which is about 120-140lb so $8-9/lb for all your cuts!
