Davidson Produce Farm

Davidson Produce Farm A Family Owned and Operated Farm In 2006 Wendy and Rodney Davidson were married and bought a home northeast of Newark, Ohio.

That same year Rodney's father, Ray Davidson, was taken home to be with our Lord and Saviour Jesus. Wendy and Rod decided to help Rod's mother, Agnes Davidson, run the family farm located in Belmont County. In 2007 Wendy and Rod formed Davidson Produce & Cattle Farm providing home grown produce and pasture raised beef. In 2009 Rod's mother was taken home to be with our Lord and her husband Ray. In

March of 2010 Wendy and Rod were blessed with the birth of Joshua Anton Davidson. In May of the same year Rod was injured taking care of the cattle, resulting in a brief hospital stay. Due to the birth of their son and Rod's injury the farm had to be put aside resulting in the sale of most of the cattle and the production of little produce. 2011 has been a rebuilding year resulting in the expansion of the farm to include pigs. The majority of the farming is now being done in the Newark, Ohio area. Wendy and Rod hope to continue to expand Davidson Produce & Cattle Farm with the help of their children Alex, Brandon, Courtney, Trent, Kelsey and Joshua.

God has blessed Wendy and me, and we want to share these blessings with others. We planted a larger garden this year, and all proceeds will be given to the Licking County Food Pantry. At this time, we have freshly dug red potatoes for $2.50 /5lb bag. We have a small self-serve stand at the end of our driveway on Dayton Road. Thank you, and God bless.
07/24/25 update: Last evening, Wendy and I dug white potatoes. Same price as red potatoes at $2.50/ 5lbs. Again, thank you, and God bless.

18 years ago today God blessed me with a beautiful, loving angel who married this grumpy old man under a tree in the Park of Roses. Every day continues to be a wonderful adventure in marriage and love. 1Corthinthians 13:4-7 describes Wendy perfectly, "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil, but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres." Thank you for an awesome 18 years, Wendy, I love you more daily.
