Maximus wine produced in the heart of the Salento region in Puglia. These blends are created by an expert in the USA and European markets as result was prompt by these markets and the “supply and demand” laws to produce wine that consumers want and desire. We find that Cabernet, Merlot, Chardonnay and Fiano grow fantastically well in the Salento area as the climate and soil compliments in harmony

the maturation of these grape varietals to supply an abundance of delicious flavors to the wine. Maximus red blend, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon 50% Merlot, aged six months in new French oak, ready to drink as soon as released with full aging potential. Maximus white blend, 50% Chardonnay 50% Fiano, stainless steel tanks fermentation to preserve the fresh and crisp taste of these two grape varietals that are blended to perfection. Soon we will add:
