There will be limited opportunity for custom processing. For all wild game meat, we are implementing a new scheduling policy, requiring a one-week lead time for processing. Our smoking schedule will be standardized, with sticks and Jerky smoked on Mondays and fish on Fridays. This adjustment will provide flexibility in our production schedule, allowing us to accommodate additional smoking needs throughout the week.
