We were thrilled to participate in TrueNorth Community Services empty bowls fundraiser by providing soups for this great event that supports our community.
The Newaygo County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank True North Services for inviting us to participate in today’s Empty Bowls Event. We were honored to be there serving soup and spending time with members of our community!
Empty Bowls is a community event designed to raise awareness and support efforts to combat hunger and food insecurity. Participants enjoy a simple meal of soup and bread, while also helping support local programs and organizations that provide food and resources to individuals and families in need. The event is a reminder that something as simple as a bowl of soup can bring people together and make a difference in our community.
We appreciate True North Services and our superhero Chef Fernando (Back Center) for putting together this meaningful event and for the opportunity to serve alongside so many great community partners.
Thank you for allowing us to be part of it!
