We’re continuing our Chef Dinner Series with one of Tokyo’s most sought-after sushi chefs: Norihito Endo of on August 28 and 29!
Before opening his restaurant, Endo trained under Takashi Saito at the legendary Sushi Saito and now specializes in modern Edomae-style sushi. “Edomae” is the original Tokyo style of sushi, translating to “in front of Edo” (now Tokyo) as the fish were fresh-caught locally in the Tokyo Bay.
